In addition, essential oils purify the air and prevent the spread of infections in the home. It would be enough to put 6-8 drops of essential oil in the diffuser.

    • Bring home an extra sense of freshness and cleanliness by blending peppermint and grapefruit oils. 3 drops of peppermint and 5 drops of grapefruit oil in your diffuser will do wonders!

    • During the winter season, add 10 drops of peppermint oil to a bucket of water, dip a cloth or floor rag in it and use it to clean furniture surfaces and wash floors. It will give your home additional freshness.

    • If you have a stuffy nose, put a few drops of peppermint oil on your palms, rub them together and inhale for 30-60 seconds. The same type of inhalation is useful if there is a headache or nausea.

It will be an instant help and relief. Never use peppermint essential oil on large areas of skin, as the menthol can irritate the skin.

    • Peppermint essential oil also has a beneficial effect on the digestive system, it is a good helper if you have bloating, indigestion, constipation. Massage the abdomen several times a day in a clockwise direction with 5 ml of any vegetable oil to which 3-4 drops of peppermint oil have been added. Repeat this several times a day.

    • Use peppermint oil to cool off on hot summer days. Add 20 drops of oil to a 200ml fragrance-free shower gel, mix thoroughly and wash your body with it. It will give a cooling and refreshing sensation. You can also experiment by slightly improving your daily shampoo - this will allow your hair to shine brighter.

    • After a long day in high heels, the feet get tired and sometimes even swell. Prepare yourself a relaxing and cooling foot bath by adding a handful of salt, 5 drops of peppermint essential oil, pour this salt into a bowl of water and soak your feet for 10-15 minutes.
