Description
The Original Bach Flower Rescue Night is a combination of the five blossom tinctures from the original Rescue (Cherry Plum, Clematis, Impatiens, Rock Rose and Star of Bethlehem) with the blossom tincture White Chestnut.
Rescue relaxes and reassures, while White Chestnut helps to calm agonizing thoughts. It keeps the mind clear and promotes a natural healthy night's sleep.
Instructions
About half an hour before going to sleep, bring the spray head to the mouth and spray twice on the tongue. Do not spray in the eyes. Repeat this when you go to sleep. Rescue can be used for a longer period of time.
