How to use
Wet the sponge thoroughly with warm water. Wring out the sponge and make circular movements over the body.
After use
Rinse the sponge well with lukewarm or warm water, hand the sponge on the cord and let it dry well. If you use the sponge correctly, it will last 2 to 3 months.
