Description
Bath thermometer - A necessary baby basic to ensure that you do not wash your baby too warm.
To be able to measure the correct water temperature for the baby bath it is important not to use your hands but a bath thermometer. An adult's hands are hardy and heat-resistant in contrast to delicate baby skin. We believe that a baby bath thermometer is an absolute must for baby removal. Our bath thermometer is made of oiled beech wood and filled with distilled wine instead of mercury. The bath thermometer floats on the water and can be read easily thanks to its size.
What is the correct temperature of the bath water?
The water can be between 36 and 38 degrees hot, that is fine. Please note that the bath water is absolutely not warmer than 40 ° C! (Do not bathe your baby too often, three times a week is fine).
Tip: After bathing, it is best to dry your baby with a
Cotton Muslin Nappy. These towels absorbs more moisture than a normal towel.
